Manchester Chamber Choir performs in numerous public concerts every year. Its home venue is Christ Church in Didsbury, Manchester where the choir gives at least two concerts each year. It also performs throughout the North of England and recent engagements have included:
- Handel's "Dixit Dominus" and Haydn's Nelson Mass , with Lancashire Sinfonietta in Lancaster and Preston
- Bach's "St Matthew Passion" and James Whitbourn's "Annelies" at Blackburn Cathedral
- Mozart's "Marriage of Figaro" (opera chorus) with the Liverpool Mozart Orchestra
- "Bandanna" in Warrington
- A recital as part of Chester Summer Music Festival
- Handel's "Messiah" in Llannefydd, Wales
- Bach's "St John Passion" in Macclesfield with the Northern Chamber Orchestra
- Regular performances as part of the summer Ryedale Festival in North Yorkshire, and also at Advent
